Spain seeks surrender of Catalan leader

29/10/19 - Spain is seeking the surrender of the ousted Catalan President Carles Puigdemont on charges of sedition and abuse of public funds.  A court in Brussels needs to decide whether the acts Mr Puigdemont is charged with are also crimes in Belgium.
