A house produced entirely by a 3D printer, a global first “Made in Flanders”

A truly unique house has been shown off to the press at a building site in Westerlo in Antwerp Province. The components used to build the house were produced entirely using a 3D printer. The two-story building is the first in the world to be built in this way. The construction project using 3D printing technology is a joint venture between the Thomas More College of Higher Education and a number of private companies.
