US Secretary of State holds speech in Brussels

With the Federal Secretaries of State Theo Francken (Flemish nationalist) and Pieter De Crem (Flemish Christian democrat) in his audience, Mike Pompeo used a speech at the Concert Noble in Brussels to criticise multilateral organisations that he believes are too self-involved like the EU.
