Manneken Pis smeared with yellow and black paint

The Brussels Manneken Pis has been smeared with yellow and black paint, local Brussels police have confirmed. They were informed about the incident yesterday morning, as the incident had happened the night before. Police spokesman Olivier Slosse says "we will analyse CCTV footage, but we have not identified a suspect so far."
