Truck almost destroys house in Opoeteren, occupants forced to move out

In Opoeteren (Limburg province) a lorry crashed into a house in the Neeroeterenstraat. The truck driver was in shock while the occupants, an elderly couple, were not injured because they were sleeping at the back of the house. However, the house was so heavily damaged that is was declared unfit for habitation. The lorry was forced to make a sudden manoeuvre to avoid a collision with a car.
