Belgian teams on track for Europa League

Will Belgium have 4 football teams competing in the Europa League this season? It's possible, after AA Gent, Anderlecht and KRC Genk all managed a good result in the first leg of the final qualifying round. Standard are already secured a place in the group phase as Cup winners.
Anderlecht scored 3 goals in Prague.

Anderlecht managed a 0-3 win at Slavia Prague (Czech Republic). AA Gent had their hands full with Shkendija (FYR Macedonia), taking it 2-1, a Kalifa Coulibaly goal in injury time. RC Genk came back from Lokomotiva Zagreb with a 2-all draw in the bag.

The return matches are next Thursday. Anderlecht host Slavia Prague with a 3-0 bonus and can take it easy. KRC Genk and AA Gent, who have to travel to Macedonia, will have to work hard for their money. Shkendija Tetovo proved a tough opponent for AA Gent yesterday, while Genk squandered a 0-2 lead.
