The High Fens transformed into a winter wonderland

While some of us have seen what for many was the first and only snow of the winter come and go over the past few day, the snow has stuck in one of our country’s most beautiful areas, the High Fens in Liège Province. The video images above that were taken by a drone show how the vast expanse of forest and unspoilt nature in the area between Malmedy and Sankt-Vith is covered by a beautiful white carpet of snow.
