Youngsters plant trees for the climate

"Demonstrating in Brussels does not help. We are planting 10,000 trees to stop climate warming." Speaking are pupils of the Gardening School in Melle (East Flanders). Some of them skipped school in the past weeks to join the youth climate protests, but it is better to take immediate concrete action, they argued. They planted the trees on a piece of land near Evergem, near the home of the former Environment Minister Joke Schauvliege.
