Greater flexibility the solution to increasing the employment rate?

A study by Steunpunt Werk has found that  Belgians work the least irregular hours of any people in employment in the whole of the European Union. Fewer than 1 in 10 people in employment in Belgium work in the evening, at night, in shifts or at the weekend.
