EU forced to backtrack: "It wasn't illegal aid"

14/2/19 - Belgium won’t be clawing back 700 million euros awarded in tax breaks to big business including AB InBev, BASF and Kinepolis.  The European Union had accused Belgium of awarding businesses illegal state support but the European court that has now ruled in our favour.
