Party already in full swing before dawn in Roeselare

Friday 18 October is the annual Youth Movement Day. Hundreds of thousands of young people in Flanders are members of youth movements such as the Scouts, Chiro and KSJ. To celebrate Youth Movement Day events were held before school at locations across Flanders such as here in the West Flemish town on Roeselare.
